Alessandra Muscella has battled with mental illnesses most of her life, including an anxiety disorder, depression, and PTSD. She is proud to have taken charge of her mental health over the last 2 years and is happily an advocate and ally for mental health awareness. "You’re never alone and it’s okay to go to therapy and take medication;" she says as a "huge reminder" to anyone giving into the stigmas of mental illnesses like she had for so long. Alessandra helped to debut the "Heroes." collection at New York Fashion Week for spring/summer 2022. Each item in the Heroes. collection will benefit a different charity.
